Dr.Pranit Pingale

Dr. Pranit Ganesh Pingale is a dynamic leader and visionary whose journey exemplifies a unique blend of transformative principles, empowering narratives, and proven pathways to success. With boundless energy and an inspiring story, he has consistently elevated himself and those around him.

Pranit’s exceptional journey began at the age of 9 when his noble and humble nature, combined with extraordinary talent, earned him admiration from his teachers. By the age of 11, he captivated an audience of 1,500 with a drama performance, winning a prestigious Gold Necklace and marking the beginning of an illustrious artistic career. His talent flourished with over 100 successful drama performances across Maharashtra and Goa, which led to offers from TV serials and films like Bandukya and Feraa by the age of 14.

While pursuing engineering studies, Pranit embraced the Atmanirbhar ideology and honed his spiritual, life, and business skills. As the youngest city head of Nashik for a prominent Indian NGO, he gained invaluable experience that paved the way for future success. His passion for youth empowerment led him to conduct impactful workshops on business and life skills, including national sessions on sales mastery, time management, and goal setting.

Pranit’s commitment to societal upliftment fueled the creation of multiple thriving businesses even before completing his academic journey. His contributions as a youth mentor earned him widespread recognition in educational institutions. In 2020, he was honored with the prestigious Swami Vivekananda Karma Yogi National Award. On January 26, 2021, he received an honorary Ph.D. in Social Work, presented by luminaries Navrang Lal Tibrewal, Dr. Rajesh Tandon, and Padma Shri Gulabo Sapera.

A certified Train the Trainer and Business Champion professional, Pranit’s corporate journey took off when he was recruited by Lodha Group Mumbai, India’s leading MNC, during his very first interview, where he successfully managed Pan-India operations. Beyond the corporate realm, he showcased his creative flair as an *Assistant Director* for the Bollywood film 1857 Diary: The Hidden Pages, released in 2024.

Currently, Dr. Pranit Ganesh Pingale is wholeheartedly focused on his dream project, the Pranit Pattern, an innovative educational initiative aimed at transforming the learning experience. His journey continues to inspire, as he remains steadfast in his mission to empower individuals and change lives.

Dr. P.c. Sharma

Dr. P.C. Sharma is an extraordinary educator whose academic journey is impressive, holding a Postgraduate degree, PGDCA, ADCA, an Accounting Diploma, and certification as a Neuroscience Coach and Counselor from the UK.

His contribution to education is not just limited to his qualifications. He is a celebrated author of several influential books, including "The Mental Math's Magician," "Mental Math's Reasoning Power," "Super Memory," and an English Grammar book.

Dr. Sharma's teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student is unique and possesses innate potential. He focuses on creating world-class students by integrating ultra-modern techniques in mathematics, English. His approach transforms the fear of learning into the fun of learning, bringing a new definition of excellence to the educational landscape. He has achieved multiple world records including the Asian World Record (1 time), Global Teacher Award, and Asian Teacher Award, and London Book of Record Math's (2 times).

He serves as the educational Quality Management Officer, dedicated to shaping future generations with an emphasis on holistic development. Dr. Sharma believes that with the right mentor, students can showcase and implement their innate talents. As a mentor, he sharpens and molds his tutees, ensuring they reach their highest potential. Dr. Sharma’s exceptional dedication and innovative approach make him a true pioneer in transformative education.

He is committed to crafting an environment where students thrive, excel, and develop into well-rounded individuals prepared to make a significant impact on the world.

Mr. Machhindra Ramchandra Sonawane

Our Sports Head

Mr. Machhindra Ramchandra Sonawane is a highly experienced and dedicated sports educator with over 20 years in the field. Holding qualifications such as M.A.M.P.Ed, PET, and a Diploma in Government Civil Contracting, he has made significant contributions to sports education and coaching. His passion for training and educating students never goes unnoticed.

He enjoys teaching and believes that students who spend more time playing outdoors and less time on screens are exceptionally extraordinary. These students are highly active and know well how to balance all aspects of their lives.

Achievements:

- State-level pistol shooting medalist, felicitated by Nana Patekar

- National and All India University Pistol Shooting Player

- Participant in the Scout & Guide Rashtriya Ekatmata Rally, met President Pratibha Tai Patil

- Recipient of the Best Sports Coach Award (Newasa, Ahmednagar) and Best Sports Teacher Award (Nashik Sports Foundation)
